Radiation therapy of malignant tumours can be considered as a part of radiating biophysics of the person which in overwhelming majority of cases deals with local radiating influence on an organism, on a pathological tumoral tissue and system of normal bodies and tissue which get in therapeutic volume. The organism is extremely complex system with greater number of internal communications. Its reaction to an irradiation depends on the general condition of an irradiated organism, its bodies and tissue, and from sites of irradiated bodies and tissue which get in a zone of intensive radiation influence.
Our research has given the following results.
1. The synthesized mathematical model (MM) which allows to count of tissue complication probability (TCP) in bodies and tissue of an organism by means of MM Klepper L.Ya. is created. Calculation TCP was carried out in view of volumes of the irradiated tissue for any modes fractionation of doses (FD) in time. Equivalent modes FD were described by means of MM Ellis (late radial reactions).
2. The method of local determination of parameters of MM in view of the prospective plan of radiation treatment is developed. The clinical information is ambiguous and depends on conditions of an irradiation. It is supposed, that in conformity with the plan of radiation treatment the radiologist in a condition to estimate the importance of the initial information on the basis of which there is a determination of parameters of MM. The more close the initial information to the prospective scheme of radiation treatment (an irradiated part of body or a tissue, the scheme of radiation treatment, etc.), the better its value, from the point of view of the radiologist, and the should be its weight parameter in an extreme problem of determination of parameters of MM more.
3. The program complex (PC) for calculation of parameters of MM as a result of the decision of a special extreme problem with use of the weighed criterion function with online in defined weights for the initial systematized clinical information is created.
4. Examples of specification of parameters of MM for description TCP in heart are resulted at the standard scheme of its irradiation.
